THE ISRAELI ASSOCIATION FOR PM QUALIFICATION (R.A.)
The association was born out of a need for the training of project managers in all industries and in the construction industry in particular. The field of project management is lacking both in the regulatory aspect and in a practical way in intra-organizational projects and in their effectiveness in the fields of infrastructure and other fields. The existing knowledge in the field has been accumulated for over 50 years in various associations that have sprung up in the US. The founders of the association should enlighten the field, institutionalize it and promote it in the world and in Israel.
The founders of the association are members of private organizations that have been involved in project management for decades, senior and veteran academic members who have researched the subject and teach at various colleges and universities, and young students.
The association's staff
The association's staff includes seasoned experts who were pioneers in promoting project management in Israel - members of prominent organizations in the field, researchers and senior lecturers from academia and field personnel with rich experience in managing complex projects. Through certification, training, research and regulatory promotion activities, the association aims to create a real change in the national project management culture and bring it to one of the highest professional levels in the world.
Vision and purpose

The association for project manager certification in Israel aims to lead a fundamental change in the way projects are managed in Israel. Its main goal is to implement clear definitions and certification regulations for the position of project manager, to ensure a high level of professionalism and compliance with standards in the field, while promoting the highest level professional training and education programs in project management, in collaboration with academic institutions and leading certification bodies.
At the same time, the association will conduct an extensive activity to promote regulation and normality in the field, in partnership with government bodies and relevant regulators.
Only through these integrated moves, it will be possible to guarantee that projects will be carried out by qualified project managers, with high qualifications, while applying advanced work methods and at the highest professional level.
