Certificate of Incorporation
The association "The Israeli Association for Project Manager Qualification (R.A.)" or in its English name THE ISRAELI ASSOCIATION FOR PM QUALIFICATION (R.A.) was officially registered as an association on November 16, 2023, the 3rd of Kislev, 5784. The registration number of the association with the Registrar of Associations is 580778009.
The association was established with the goal of promoting the field of project management in Israel, creating certifications, and working towards advancing laws and regulations in the field. Additionally, the association will serve as an anchor and provide platforms for professional discussions and training on the subject according to the required criteria.
The certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Associations, Adv. Binyamin Lemakin, at the Ministry of Justice - Corporations Authority.

A person wishing to become a member of the association shall submit an application to the committee in the following language: "I (name, address and identity number) wish to become a member of the association (name of the association). I know the association's goals and statutes. If I am accepted as a member, I undertake to comply with the provisions of the statutes and the decisions of the general assembly of the association." The decision regarding the acceptance of the applicant as a member of the association or not is given by the committee; If the committee refuses to accept the applicant, he may appeal the refusal before the next general meeting.
(a) The member of the association is entitled to participate and vote in every general meeting and will have one vote in every vote; He is entitled to choose and be elected to the committee or the control committee.
The member of the association is entitled to participate in the activities of the association and enjoy its services.
The committee, with the approval of the general meeting, may determine membership fees, the payment of which will be mandatory for the members.
Expiration of membership in the association does not exempt from the disposal of the payments received by the association from the member on the eve of the expiration of his membership for the period up to the expiration of his membership.
(a) Membership in the association expires -
upon the death of the member, and in the case of a member that is a corporation - upon its final dissolution;

(b) The general meeting may, according to the committee's proposal, decide to expel a member from the association for one of the following reasons:

The member has been convicted of an offense that, due to its nature, seriousness or circumstances, does not deserve to serve as a member of an association.
(c) The committee will not propose to a general meeting to expel a member from the association unless it has given him an adequate opportunity to voice his arguments before it, and will not propose for the reasons stated in sub-regulation (b)(1),

A general meeting will elect, from among the members of the association, a chairman and a secretary for the meeting.
01. The decisions of the general meeting will be passed by a majority vote of the voters, unless the law or these regulations required another majority for their acceptance; If the votes are equal, the chairman of the assembly may decide.
11. The secretary of the general meeting will manage the minutes of the meeting.

21. The number of committee members will be determined by the decision of the general meeting and will not be less than two.
31. (a) The committee will serve from the election in a general meeting until another general meeting elects a new committee; The outgoing committee member can be elected to the new committee.
(b) A member of the committee may resign at any time from his position by notifying the committee in writing; A committee member will cease to serve if he is declared incompetent or bankrupt.
41. (a) If the seat of a committee member becomes vacant, the remaining party may appoint another member of the association to serve as a committee member until the next general meeting; Until such an appointment, the remaining or the remaining may continue to act as a committee.
